The leader has confidence in their strengths, how that impacts them and others around them.
The key to unlocking the skills they need around them to build an outstanding team.
A paragraph that describes their strengths in a way that they can use with current and future employers, and their own team to articulate what it is they excel at and where they could use that skill.
At the end of the program, the leader will have a clear picture of the individual strengths of each team member, and how they can be best leveraged.
Any gaps in strengths will be clearly identified and strategies to address those gaps discussed with some high level recommendations. The team 'blueprint' will also inform future hiring decisions.
At the end of the Vision session, the team will then have clarity and awareness around how to best leverage their skills but also have buy into a clear and powerful vision for success, and the role that each plays in achieving that vision.
At the end of the Structure vision, the team will have documented their key stakeholders, metrics and a scorecard that will drive performance measures and definitions of success. In addition, the team will have the beginnings of a strategy to achieve their vision – first level strategy cascade.
At the end of the Environment session, the team will have a clear understanding of what needs to change in their surrounding environment - physical and cultural - to set them up for success. The common barriers to implementation are those found in the surrounding environment that conspire against the best intentions.
